This website (doxters.com) is operated by Doxters, a brand of Doxters Lab, operating from Pune, Maharashtra, India. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Doxters Lab.

Doxters designs and sells premium dog raincoats and pet accessories. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are sold as described on their product pages. During promotional periods, products are sold at discounted “Direct Prices” and are subject to the promotional conditions described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • All prices displayed on our website include GST. Shipping charges are additional and calculated at checkout.
  • Prices may change without notice during promotional periods. The price at the time of your order placement is the price you pay.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Product colours may appear slightly different on your screen compared to the actual product due to monitor display variations.

3. Orders & Payment

  • We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide (name, phone number, delivery address) is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect information, or exceed stock availability.
  • Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp and/or email. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact us.

4. Coupons & Promotional Offers

  • Coupons are issued to individual phone numbers and are non-transferable.
  • One coupon per order unless explicitly stated otherwise on the coupon or promotion.
  • Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
  • Referral rewards are issued only upon successful delivery of the referred order. If the referred order is returned or cancelled, the referral reward is forfeited.
  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

5. Communication Consent

By purchasing from us, creating an account, or providing your WhatsApp number or email address, you consent to receive:

  • Order updates: Confirmation, shipping, delivery, and payment notifications via WhatsApp and/or email.
  • Promotional messages: Occasional offers, new product announcements, and seasonal campaigns via WhatsApp.

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from us. Order-related transactional messages will continue as long as you have an active order.
